Frescoone Shipping Policy
At Frescoone, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This policy explains our processing times, delivery options, shipping fees, and other important terms.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email/notification with a tracking number once your order ships.
- If there's an unexpected delay (inventory, system, courier, or customs issues), we'll notify you as soon as possible.

International Shipping
Frescoone ships worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight — we work to offer the most competitive international rates available.

Note: Due to logistics and courier restrictions, certain items may not be available for shipping to all international destinations. Any such restrictions will be flagged at checkout.
Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email/notification.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the courier's website after your parcel is picked up.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their destination country.
- Customs clearance may add to delivery times and is outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Package
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
- For lost shipments, contact us and we'll assist in filing a claim with the courier.
Self Pick-Up
Self pick-up is not currently available. All orders are shipped via courier to your delivery address.
